Local TV on IPTV: how it works
On cable, your box only shows the local stations for your market. On Yeah IPTV, local TV is grouped by city, so your hometown news sits alongside other big US markets.
- Find your city: open the US group in your player and search for your city or state. Local news, weather and community TV sit together.
- Watching from somewhere new? Moved for work, or want the news from back home? Pick any city’s group — you aren’t locked to the market you live in.
- Check before you pay: the lineup covers many US markets, but not every small town. The free trial is the fastest way to confirm yours.
Live sports in the USA
Every major American sport is in the lineup: pro and college football, basketball, baseball, hockey, soccer, golf, tennis, motorsport, boxing and MMA — with the national sports networks, regional sports from many markets, and event coverage on big fight and race nights.
- 4K for the biggest games, FHD for most others.
- Pre-game, halftime and post-game shows just like on cable.
- Find your team fast: search the sports group for your region and add it to favourites.
Test a live game in your free trial — a full match at prime time is the best way to see how a service holds up.
TV en español
Yeah IPTV includes a large Spanish-language selection as part of the English & Latino lineup, at no extra cost:
- Spanish-language news, novelas and entertainment
- Fútbol and other sports with Spanish commentary
What’s in the US lineup
- Local TV from cities across the country, grouped by city and state
- National entertainment and news — what you’d find on a full cable package
- National and regional sports, plus event coverage on big fight and race nights
- Movie channels and 66,000+ movies and series on demand
- Kids & family, documentaries, music and lifestyle
- Spanish-language TV: news, novelas, sport and movies
- International TV for diaspora communities: Latino, Caribbean, South Asian, Arabic, African, European and more
The full, searchable list loads in your player when you start the free trial. See the channel guide for how the lineup is organised.
Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific: getting the guide right
Your player shows the TV guide in your device’s local time, so prime time lands where you expect it — whether you’re in New York, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Anchorage or Honolulu.
- Set your device’s time zone first. Fire TV, Android TV and smart TVs take it from system settings.
- Guide an hour off? After a daylight-saving change (or in Arizona, which doesn’t change), open the player’s settings and adjust the “EPG time offset”.
- East or West Coast timing: some streams come as separate East and West feeds. Pick the one that matches when you want to watch.
IPTV vs cable vs live-TV streaming apps

Cable and streaming-app figures are typical published prices and change often — check your own bill.
Best devices for IPTV in the USA
- Amazon Fire TV Stick: the most popular choice — cheap, fast and easy with a player app. Firestick guide
- Android TV and Google TV boxes: the most flexible — install any player from the Play Store.
- Apple TV: smooth, with several good IPTV players in the App Store.
- Samsung and LG smart TVs: install a player from the TV’s app store, no extra box needed.
- Roku: doesn’t support most IPTV player apps. On Roku, a Fire TV Stick or Android box is the easy fix.
- Phones, tablets, PC and Mac: perfect for watching away from the living room.
Set up IPTV on a Firestick in 5 steps
- On your Fire TV, open Settings › My Fire TV › Developer options and allow apps from unknown sources (on newer models: “Install unknown apps” for Downloader).
- Search for and install Downloader from the Fire TV home screen.
- Open Downloader and enter the address of the IPTV player we recommend — ask us on live chat and we’ll send it.
- Open the player, choose Login with Xtream Codes, and type the username, password and server URL from your email.
- Give it about a minute to load the lineup and the TV guide, then add your favourites.
Internet speed and data caps
- 15 Mbps per screen for FHD, 25 Mbps for 4K. Most US cable and fiber plans handle several screens at once.
- Wired beats Wi-Fi on big TVs. If you must use Wi-Fi, use the 5 GHz band.
- Data caps: if your provider caps monthly data, plan on roughly 3 GB an hour for HD, up to 7 GB for FHD and up to 15 GB for 4K.
Watching outside your home state — or the US
Your Yeah IPTV login works anywhere you have internet: a vacation rental, a work trip, or Florida or Arizona for the winter. You keep the same lineup and guide wherever you sign in — just keep to your plan’s number of screens at once.
1 year, 1 screen: $49.99
That’s $4.17 a month. In US dollars. One-time payment, no auto-renew.

Is IPTV legal in the US?
